All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled.
Ticket holders are responsible for their entrance into the event. Events start exactly on time. Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the start of the show.
Seats are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Event producers have the right to deny entrance to any ticket owner who attempts to enter the area in possession of dangerous objects or/and illegal substances or impaired by such substances.
No backpacks allowed.
Project Out, Inc. nor Nicole Lashomb and event producers are not responsible for any loss, injury or destruction of property during the event, including damage, robbery or loss of property caused by the negligence of the ticket owner or other attendees or third parties.
Tickets are not transferable. Attendees must check in at the registration table located at the door to the grand hall (upper level) prior to entrance.
Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
